In this morning's post was a package from Dustin Nguyen containing original comic art pages and a couple of 'thank you' sketches. A great way of getting your partner to condone the purchase of original comic art is to get them invested in your purchase by involving them in the selection process. My partner, Melinda, is fond of Dustin's art style and Facebook food posts so this was easy. Now to seal the deal with a Chibi Batgirl sketch by Dustin personalised to Melinda (see below).
As for my purchase from Dustin, I have two new Superman/Batman pages to add to my slowly growing collection plus a Harley Quinn head sketch. The photo below does not do the art justice and better scans can be seen at my CAF Gallery:
